Owner, CEO
Nakita "Kitty" Watley is the Founder and Owner of Kitty's Custom Cleaning, LLC. A Jacksonville, Florida native and proud Jean Ribault Sr High Class of 1992 graduate, Nakita "Kitty" Watley transitioned from a 15-year mortgage industry career to entrepreneurship in October 2015. She established Kitty's Custom Cleaning, followed by Kitty's Car Wash, Kitty's Car Rentals, Kitty's Vacation Rental, and the notable Rising CEO Academy. The Academy supports fellow entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses. Nakita "Kitty" Watley enjoys her free time with her over 40 dance team, Kitty Talk Book Club, traveling, and connecting with friends and family.

Dionne Watley

Dionne Watley is the sister of Kitty born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Dionne earned her Bachelors and Masters from Florida A&M University. During her college years, Dionne was a proud member of the community organization Sistuhas. Dionne is a proud and active member of Mt Olive AME church, and she also participates with the Girl Scouts of America as a volunteer troop leader.
